Sukuna had to 3v1 Gojo with Mahoraga and a healer to win The rest of the verse had to team up on Sukuna and still haven't won Gojo really was next level.

The issue is sukuna was heavily holding back by keeping the megumi form solely so he could use mahoraga, one of the only ways to counter infinity, and it’s even confirmed this was sukuna holding back. Gojo was strong, but realistically he would’ve lost within 3 minutes against heian sukuna if infinity wasn’t a factor, but due to infinity being a factor sukuna had to nerf himself just to counter it

Again, you are not caught up obviously. Sukuna WAS NOT holding back, he literally admitted this. He was just getting pressed by Gojo too hard so he couldn’t use cleave bc of infinity, and he couldn’t use fuga because of that. 3. Sukuna was getting his ass kicked the entire fight after he lost the domain clash, idk what you’re talking about. He literally hid behind mahoraga and made Gojo face 3 opponents, and sukuna STILL got his ass kicked.

Spoilers/Really far fetched theory: The 99 second "malevolent shrine" took away roughly 1 finger worth of sukunas power, and hold over megumi. the shape of the domains barrier is sukunas heian era skull, which was estimated to bring sukuna to 20 fingers, since he used a desperate gambit on his domain wiping everyone out then and there, he pushed it to max output and since it was a mess of binding vows and allat, his control on megumi should have weakened since the burden on his body and soul should have slightly lessened, we have seen the difference one finger makes (todo should not have been able to use his technique effectively because of megkuna reacting to lightning attacks) so chap 164 could be a turning point on megumi coming back/pulling a geto and restraining himself to finish Vowkuna once and for all. Still think You know whos domain will bring my white king gojo back 😭😭
