Not only does this make Suleiman look absolutely terrible towards Hurrem when she's his "true love", it is an extreme injustice against the real life Suleiman and Hurrem. After being with Hurrem, Suleiman went completely monogamous and dismissed his entire harem save for Mahidevran and Gulfem, who had given him children, even then he was never intimate with any of them again. He was truly loyal to Hurrem only, unlike the Suleiman on this show.

It is complete nonsense for Hurrem to worry about ANY male child born through a concubine at this point. Suleiman has 4 living fully grown sons, 3 of which soon got their own province, harem, and children. Any newborn boy at this point has 0 chance of being sultan or doing anything against Hurrem. By extension, it is a useless scheme by Fatma and she's a badly written villain.
