None of them can accept the truth that Ibrahim stole from Sulimen and proclaimed he was the puppet master behind the sultan . Seriously. Are they all that stupid??

Right?! Ibrahim was not at all subtle in his disrespect towards the sultan. Dude got way too big for his britches, he didn’t need anyone’s help in angering Sulieman. He did so all by himself

It's probably because no one ever actually revealed that fact about Ibrahim. Suleiman never stated his reasons for the execution even to Mustafa. Thus it resulted in people thinking Ibrahim was an innocent man executed.

@@jonmunoz2772 Most likely they didn't believe Ibrahim would go that far or that he'd actually plotted it as opposed to just being slander (it took a long while for that to come to light after all). Remember, their perception of Ibrahim is that he was a good, respectable statesman who's biggest fault is adultery, not planning to overthrow the monarchy he served. Hatred can be very prevalent yeah, but so is denial.

@@jonmunoz2772 I don't really know how that's relevant to the conversation when we were talking about how nobody believed Ibrahim could have committed reason but a good analysis either way.

I agree with you. It's like everyone has developed mass amnesia once Ibrahim died and he got elevated to sainthood. It kind of seems like anyone who supports Mahidevran, Mustafa, Hatice, Shah are considered righteous but anyone who supports Hurrem or her children is evil. Ibrahim put on a good public face but he was moving in the shadows behind the scenes flexing on people and up to no good.

One of my favourite outfits is the brown and cream with this tiara and makeup. I had a beautiful brown blouse, and I was surprised how well it went with my golden red hair.

Ibrahim had it coming ... he was too arrogant and even proclaimed homself sultan ... Hatice knew and so did all the sisters. They're all hypocrites. I am glad mihrimah and suleyman stood up for Hureem in front of everyone

Are they stupid? Ibrahim was neither innocent nor an angel. Besides that they did Hurrem dirty so many many times. They turned her against them with their actions; they have only themselves to blame.

who is beyhan to talk to hurrem like that? she herself went through what hatice is going through and she knew a decision like this can only happen with suleiman’s mind, no influence in the world can push suleiman enough to take a decision like that. why is she blaming it on hurrem? i hate those witches i mean “sisters”
