Ul'dah wasn't my starting town, Gridania was. I only started playing in 2021, not that long ago. And still this song manages to get me in the feels every time. I truly believe that in a few decades, however long it takes for this game's servers to shut down, we're all going to listen back to songs like this one and bawl our eyes out. Hopefully that day never comes, but this song never fails to make me appreciate this game and cherish it while it lasts.
