Hurrem loses her power in the council and tries for her daughter to marry Rustem. Suleiman, asks her daughter if she wants that.
Suleiman learns that his son has sailed and sends him a message. He meets with Mustafa out of sight and teaches him a big lesson. Mimar Sinan gets called for Hurrem's social complex construction and becomes the chief architect. Hurrem plays a new trick that she wants Sultana Sah and Lutfi Pasha to fall out each other. Sultana Sah doesn't realize it and does everything to prevent the marriage. However, Hurrem makes her daughter to face with a truth that changes Mihrimah's and the empire's fate.
Hurrem loses her power in the council as Lutfi Pasha becomes the grand vizier but she takes an action without losing time. She both tries to provide Lutfi Pasha and Sultana Sah to fall out each other and convince Mihrimah to get married with Rustem. Because Suleiman has laid down his daughter's will as a condition. However, Mihrimah still thinks of Malkocoglu. She gets consumed with jealousy when she finds out he sees a Venetian woman.
Suleiman tells Prince Mustafa to come to Bursa when he learns that he has sailed and teaches him a lesson that he will never forget. Mustafa realizes he and his father are getting more distant during this meeting. He also gets hurt that his father is so close to Prince Mehmet. Sultana Sah has with Lutfi Pasha and strengthen Hurrem's hand when she gets overwhelmed by her ambition.
Meanwhile, Hurrem realizes that Mihrimah hasn't given up from Bali Bey. She thinks it's the time to have her daughter face the truth. Mihrimah gets devastated by her mother's plot and makes a shocking decision.
At the age of 26, when he ascended to the throne, Sultan Suleiman aimed to build an empire more powerful than Alexander the Great and to render the Ottomans invincible. Throughout his 46-year reign, he became the greatest warrior and ruler of both East and West.
The young Suleiman received news of his succession to the throne during a hunting party in 1520. Unaware that he would be ruling a reign beyond his dreams, he left behind his wife son and took to the road with his close friend and companion Pargali Ibrahim to reach the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul. As they started their journey overland, an Ottoman ship set sail from Crimea in the Black Sea, bringing female slaves as gifts for the Ottoman palace… On this ship was Alexandra La Rossa, the daughter of a Ukrainian Orthodox minister, taken away from her family and sold to the Crimean palace. She had no idea that she would become Hurrem, wife of Sultan Suleiman and mother of princes, ruling the empire with him through bloodshed and intrigue.
As Sultan Suleiman conquered the world, his great passion for Hurrem would clash with his love for and trust in his closest friend and advisor, Grand Vizier Pargali Ibrahim, all set against the backdrop of the tension between Christian Europe and the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century.

Hurrem told her to marry someone who loves her not someone whom she loved. So what happened? Was she happy? An innocent beautiful girl turned out a monster. If hurrem wanted she could had married her off with bali bey easily. After the wedding, bali bey would had started loving her as he was a responsible man

I know it is just for the visual effect and catering to our 2000 tastes but Silvia would NOT have her hair loose and down... That was frowned upon in any society. In real life she also wouldn't have been allowed anywhere near any political meeting with a male guest or a walk without any family chaperone.
