OMG !! I just noticed how Kurai has the same quirks as his uncle. He directs his band via subtle hand gestures and facial expressions. Watch Thomas when he plays live and you will see the same traits. Kurai has definitely studied his uncle to great lengths.

Different surnames in the family. But idzinza rimwe. Daddy Thomas and Kurai’s father are first cousins. Ie baba va Thomas na Sekuru va Kurai are brothers. The brothers just happened to use different surnames as is prevalent in Zim families
