I've wondered about that myself, Subject to Change is absolutely awesome, it should have been the very first track on Chuck and released as a single! I guess they planned on recycling the chorus for UH, which is a pretty damn good tune too, but not quite up there with S to C.

Its a tribute to the punk,so it have parte of a los songs as for example letterbomb for American Idiot(Green Day),they dont sell this as a part of the album so it cant be pladge
