Ingredients
2 kg grated cassava(kamoteng kahoy)
1/2 kg brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 kg grated young coconut
banana leaves
Procedure
1. Mix all ingredients well. (grated cassava,brown sugar, salt and coconut)
2. Put and wrap in a banana leaf a small amount of mixture.
3. Steam for 30-45 minutes.
4. Serve. 😉
