Not much; you can apply under the "Highly skilled...." stream only and one of the requirements is 80000 $ / annum income :)

Is SA offering Subclass 190 visa for immigrants to get a PR? I was under the impression that SA has stopped it and I had confirmed with my cousins living in Adelaide. I had instead applied for Subclass 491 this month. Kindly confirm if 190 is open.

While filing for EOI, you do not have to specify stream. Correct? If yes, then EOI you can apply.

EOI is lodged only once which can be used for all states, you can only apply for one state for nomination at one time

@@woinderjit I guess some of the states mentioned specific state need to mentioned as a preference state, in that we can't use the same EOI to other state. So that we need to any state or separate EOI should lodge.

Now i have received an email stating that “We are contacting you because you nominated South Australia as a preferred destination when registering an Expression of Interest (EOI) on SkillSelect with the Department of Home Affairs. Skilled & Business Migration have reviewed your EOI and would like to invite you to apply for State Nomination in South Australia through the Offshore stream.” What does this indicate? Are there chances of getting visa after i submit this application.

Thank you madam for the video.I have 95 points under General Accountant with superior English and 8 plus years experience as per assessing body. I have been working in a multi national company through out. I have lodged EOI under 491..Is it too competitive for me to get selected? ( I am not sure about ongoing cut off point for offshore accountants)... I can't apply under talented visa due to income criteria. Thank you!

Duminda ur point score is good if u can further improve by giving naati exam it will b better. Ull get another 5 points.till v get invitations v must keep improving our points score.

In their mocktest i get 85 + and in pte center no luck So really confused wer i m lacking bcoz my score in last 6 attempts is consistently here and ther same. Hi, I am from offshore. I received an invite from the South Australia government for state nomination yesterday. Unfortunately, my ACS skills assessment expired before the date of invitation. And I have yet to receive my new skills assessment from ACS. Can you please advise whether I can submit an application in the business and skilled SA migration portal with expired ACS result letter?

@@cyrilkuriakose1607 under 491 you can move any regional in australia doesn’t matter which state it is. Just for good gesture write a letter to the state whom you are leaving with reason of leaving. That’s it.
