I797B approved with previous employer in 2017, it's never used, I am in India now, can it be used for current employer? Or any other employer in usa?

Before you proceed, check whether the person is in USA or outside & ask the reason for the not approval of i94 status/stay.

You might need to leave US & come back again for change of status

Hi, i have my H4 interview next week. My husband is in h1b. He works for the petitioner in I797B at present and also he has an offer in another company and it was approved and mentioned in I797A. Will this cause any problem for my h4 visa approval.

Approved i797A shouldn't have any issues with the H4 approval if everything is right.

if you are a independent recruiter and working with some direct vendor by refferal you can ask but not sure it will work
