You mean the Philippines? That's because they're comparing the beaches in Bali and at best, Sumatra along with accomodations available. If we're talking about natural beauty, raw gems of Indonesia. Go to the Maluku region and Raja Ampa. I was in Waisai alone and oh my, the pristine beaches accompanied by the calls of the Birds of Paradise, you don't find it anywhere else. And don't let me start on Pantai Oetune...the sand dune beach of Indonesia... it's a marvel of nature. Further south near Kupang. I had also explored the remote island (that I want to keep a secret) near Takabonenrate that I found from Google Maps Satellite, an Island I just picked randomly and found no information on the internet. I hired a fisherman's boat to reach this island, I camped there and oh God...it felt like I was Tom Hanks in the movie cast away because I was alone on that island. Now, another beautiful place to visit is Karimun Jawa...I particularly stayed in Kura-kura resort, a beautiful private island resort that took me on excursion to the surrounding islands. Beautiful experience.

@@duosdream have u ever heard belitung island, im from that island, u can go to some unesco geosite there, the beaches with white sand beaches and huge granite like seychelles. Also the road are much better.

​@@duosdream The Kei island is particularly beautiful. Don't skip Banda Neira. The Buton island is also an adventure for waterfalls hunting. But Raja Ampat, one must visit this place at least once in their life. There are so many hidden gems in Indonesia, one that you wouldn't find resorts or even a simple B&B. I was once had to be sheltered by the locals because the island didn't have any accommodations...and they didn't even want me to pay, they even fed me for a week! P.S.: The best method for exploring Indonesia (as I always do) is to open the Google Maps satellite, check on the islands and see if it's possible to reach that destination with some google search. Even if you find only some information about reaching the nearby island or town, it's a start. This is how I found that little island paradise that will not spill to anyone so it can maintain its untouched beauty.

Ukuran Indonesia timur harga yg wajar, mas nya mungkin pernah keliling Indonesia timur ? dan jarang pula tamu wisatawan utamanya dalam VT ini (semoga tidak aji mumpung), mungkin jika lebih di tata pariwisatanya dan di perdayakan penduduk lokal untuk mengangkat perekonomian setempat

Bali is overrated, Sumba beaches are way better. Vast open spaces with no one there. It looks beautiful but a little bit sad ,because nobody is there to enjoy, except the local guy with a shack.

@@duosdream but would be ok with not having crowds or things needed around you. Shops, pharmacy, doctors etc. But believe in time the island will become more touristic. A gem and you two guys together have great chemistry and love how you don't curse and happy with kids and eldelrly.
