We look at the real faces of the Sumerians who were the people of southern Mesopotamia whose civilization flourished between 4100-1750 BCE. A brilliant civilization that brought us the wheel, measurements of time and space, the writing, and tales before the great flood.

@@georgiagirl2329they are just a frustrated people spreading a propaganda that everyone laugh about. HamitoSemitic people always were the center point of the whole world. Sumerians divided originally into Akkadians/Ugarites origins of Arameans/Arabs and Hebrew lineages and Berbers/Coptic/Canaanites and their late older brother Kushitic that they destroyed firstly in the world modern northern Sudaneses and Horners are basically half mixed only their father lineage is kushitic, mitochondrial is predominated by Nubians and Bantus lineages. Purest of them looks northafr saharians mediteranoid type, absolutely not negroid and they are jealoused amoung all others Subsaharians that became negroids NigeroCongolese. Coptics are more Kushitics in their mitochondrial than them. Testifying what I’m saying, they pretty much destroyed them and stole their women.

I've watched a lot of these and love the effort you (and your team?) take. I hope that in the future museums catch on and pay for such reproductions in a post-digital education outlet. When I can, I love museums of all sorts. Many of the younger set do not have the imagination that I was encouraged to have to see the same in my mind's eye. I grew up with ASCAII graphics. This... This is like walking through a hall of portraits with the original, physical artifact, and an artistic reproduction on a monitor behind it. I'd love to see this become a thing. Thank you.

Panagiotis is taking us back to Sumer with this marvelous depiction of people from this egnimatic era in our civilization. The big questions are how on earth could they have figured out the building blocks of society when they were one of the first civlizations to evolve. Seemingly out of nowhere, they created everything a mondern society has in place to this day. Were they instructed by off-world entities? will be forever in many people's minds.
@mrs7195
@mrs7195 2 жыл бұрын
The explanation is likely very earthly - it was just so easy to grow massive amounts of food in river valleys such as Eufrat and Tigris. It is no coincidence that early civs appear in river valleys. More food -> more people -> more elaborate society/laws/infrastructure etc. needed, which bring in even more people etc.

When we originally designed the century-liver we had in mind an ability to primarily see very well so we gave them big eye sockets, keen ears, a curved nose to protect from dust of the worksite and no hair to manage thermal regulation better in hot environments. This is a great rendition of the original designs, we also tried to make the overseer class more appealing, to the guardians and to the subservients as well. ~Code of the Grammatogramme Marduk son of Amorathrak

So, the depictions only have so much accuracy given the sculptures clearly idealized features. There are enough skulls from this location and time period to render much more realistic renderings. That being said, what you find is there is little difference between the modern population and the ancient population in terms of physical appearance.
