This song is about a tragic love story of two people who could not be together despite loving each other. The composer through this heart-aching song mourns to be united with his love as he recalls their past days. Through this song, the man talks about how he gave his all to find the woman he loved the most after their tragic separation, but could not get a single trace of her. On the other hand, the woman had to slap down her own feelings to not create further problems for the man she loved. They did not have their "happily ever after together" but their love for eachother lives in this song and will continue to live forever through this song. Torn between love and family, they both accepted their fate and moved on with their own lives, with their own families. A real-life base event with both characters still living.

I love this song so much, my eyes get wet everytime I listen to it. Used to listen to this song during the early 2000s when I was a kid at night on a radio powered with chewed up battery in Dimapur. No power supply. All silent. In front of a candle. Everyone in their own home listening to the same tune. And sharing about this the next day in school, wondering when we will listen to it again. Life was so simple back then. Feeling nostalgic. Well, above all, can anyone who read my comment tell me who the original composer is. During the times when Mr. Kiyeho was practicing this song for 1st Sumi Kuzuvu le episode, I came to know that the gentleman - the original composer and singer of this song for his ex gf hails from Philimi village. Rumors goes on that this song is from Chakhesang but it's not. I even heard some guys singing this version in Angami around Chiechema..
