by using "Filters" we can obtain the same results! right?

Functions are dynamic than filters. It won't be practical to keep changing the Filters for different conditions. But of course, Pivot Tables is an alternative.

Whether it's Merging or Wrapping, COUNT function can be used to count the cells with numbers. To get the count of a specific number, use the COUNTIF function.
