As far as I know, kamehameha means "turtle destruction wave" (that might just be a meme tho), "kame" is turtle, that much I know, and some part of this translates to wave (and I think "ha" might be destruction here), so I don't think "Kameha Wave" is technically wrong, but noone says that anymore, everyone calls it the kamehameha.

Nerdsync make a great point in a video discussing the tentative (and potentially maybe canceled considering the whole Warner Discovery thing) Adult Velma animated show. The gang has had a lot of subtle changes over the years, not just because of different series and canon, but ways that reflect the voice actors that take up the roles. In and old comic Velma was curious to learn that Daphne's family were Jewish, but in later series Velma got a new voice actor who was Jewish, and thus passively inserted a lot of oy veys and other jewish anachronisms that its stuck. On top of that at some point Shaggy stopped having meat on his ridiculous sub sandwiches he somehow miraculously finds all the perfectly fresh ingredients for because his voice actor was vegetarian.
