Beautiful layout Paige! I’m with you about the cut file popping against the darker background papers but it’s got a sad stormy kinda vibe so I’m happy you went with the light rainbow cloud looking paper! And I especially love the florals you added behind the rainbow! Love seeing your work, amazing and inspiring! And happy to hear Jane still likes taking pictures with you, sad will be the day if she doesn’t! Kids grow up way too fast! ❤ to you and your family!

Thanks, Paige, for the instructions for backing a cut file. I've always wondered how you do it, and now I know. Very clear instructions as always. Your videos are great!

Great explanation for how to back these cut files. I have a Brother Scan n Cut. I think I would remove the pattern in white, like you did. Then I'd scan all the inside pieces in my SnC, add an 'offset' of about 1/8-1/4" and cut from my patterned paper. Once scanned, I'd need to cut each arch of the rainbow separately but I think, in the end, it would be super easy.

Beautiful layout. I just made it but used monochromatic colours from your splendid collection. Note - for backing the pieces, I do that on the Silhouette using the offset tool.

Wonderful explanation! Where do you buy 60 sheets of textured cárdstock? 😊

I can not get notifications on videos anymore. It has a line through the bell that you sign up with to get notified. Can that be changed back to the way it was?

Why wouldn't you just release the compound path on the cut file, and then offset the insert pieces, and use your machine to cut all the pieces? Tracing and cutting by hand is so tedious, when your machine can do it for you super easy.
