You are finally having a taste of the real Mexico City weather, we usually have a large rain season that lasts most of the months of the year but most days it only rains once or twice in a day and then it's nice and sunny the rest of the day/night. Tbh all the rain is what keeps things green and clean.

You know i have to say, outside of y'all, Gordon Ramsay, and my high school French teacher, I have never heard anyone even mention the Michelin Guide. I always figured they were mostly outdated and/or irrelevant? Apparently not to some (many?). Thanks for the video!

If you found those football games boring, try watching cricket for multiple days and it ends up as a draw. Cricket makes football look like the most exciting game in the world. Your videos are always interesting and I can imagine take a lot of time to produce so thank you for making that effort.

The kids have been coming about once a year for the most part. Kind of a replacement for the family vacations we did when they were living with us. They do enjoy it. Not sure if it's as much as us. :)

Paul, what software do you use to record these videos? Zoom? Or do you record your and Steph’s video feeds separately then mix them together in software? I’m looking to start an interview type video podcast for my business and not sure where to start. Thanks for any tips you can offer.

We do use Zoom. Not sure if it's the best solution, but it does have free recording built-in. I will look at writing up something about this.

Did you use a dentist for the gum issue? If so what clinic did you visit. From the visual it looks like you only needed a prescription.

Stephanie saw a doctor, not a dentist, and he prescribed the antibiotic that cleared up the issue. There are dentists, of course. But for this type of thing, having the doctor and pharmacy together and being able to walk in from the street helped.
