Why have a dog if he can't be part of the family. Poor thing. Let him have a home where he's loved and included
@ourhoustonsmithhome4 ай бұрын
@@stevegoodman6690 Awww he’s very well loved! Didn’t mean to come off as mean! He’s a lab and loves running around on our 10 acres and swimming in the pond every day! He wouldnt like getting a bath and being cooped up inside every day for sure! Hope you have a great weekend! ☀️

Dogs are animals, nobody says you can’t love your dog if the dog doesn’t live in the house, to me that’s a ridiculous statement. We as a family always had big farm dogs who were watch dogs as well as pets. They had a whole building , plus warm beds and they could get in out of the weather whenever they wanted. These dogs would have been very unhappy cooped up in our house. They loved running free, and they were very loved pets they got a lot of attention and love. We had one dog that loved riding in the truck and in the tractors. Whoever you are that doesn’t want to join her channel, your loss!!

@@Jodi-hx9qwYessss exactly the case with our Ollie! He loves to roam our land and my mother’s adjoining farm land. He swims every single day in the pond! He’d be so depressed if he was cooped up inside. He has plenty of places to get & is not mistreated in the slightest way! Lol

Aww how sweet! I have a lab and he loves to roam our land and swim in the pond everyday. I don't have a problem at all with inside dogs...he's just not one. lol

What a great space!!!!! Back covered porches aren’t common here in Minnesota but I love them so much! I told my husband if we ever build a house that will be something we include! Love your videos!

Hi! Thank you so much for watching! We do love the covered space. When we built our house it was uncovered and we eventually added the cover and it’s been the best investment! Highly recommend. 😊

Great idea how y'all capped the deck off towards the pool. Nice table setting I am not a green thumb but I would say yes to snipping the dead buds for more growth. I wish I had space for an egg chair. That's a really nice retractable gate. Like the night views so cozy!

Everything looks great! Yes to dead heading your flowers. It helps them produce more flowers and grow bigger. Is that moss rose? If it is it will come back every year and like to spread. Enjoy your patio❤❤

Love your back patio and pool. Also, I heard you say something about mildew on one of your pillows. You can buy spray mildew stain remover. I had my doubts, but it worked on something of mine. I got it at Walmart, the Equate brand.
@ourhoustonsmithhome4 ай бұрын
Oh thank you so much for sharing that! I’m going to look for some! Have a great weekend friend! ❤️
@judysanders7284 ай бұрын
I was wrong about the mildew stain remover. It was Great Value brand, instead of Equate. Also, it is best to pull the dead blooms off your plants. I think it helps the plant to bloom and grow better.
@ourhoustonsmithhome4 ай бұрын
Ok thank you! 😊 I think it helps the flowers too. I will do that! I always do in my petunias and geraniums!

But the cat spreads cat hair at the dining table, so what's the difference? I'm just saying cats walk tables, dogs don't, & yes, I've had indoor cats very well trained to their pet pillow.

I would 100% have a house dog. It’s just that our current dog isn’t one. He’s a muddy mess most days It’s just whatever anyone wants in their own home. Sorry if I came across the wrong way! 😊
@ourhoustonsmithhome4 ай бұрын
Oh wait I see you’re talking about the outdoor table…ahh yes the cat does lay on those chairs! You’re right about that. He can fit around the gate so harder to keep him out! 😆

I legit was going to subscribe until she said she doesn’t allow her dog inside the house. What’s the point of getting a dog if you don’t treat them like family. Everyone’s opinion matters and this is mine.
