Summer Afternoon Action on the Reading and Northern Tremont Branch

Thursday June 29th, 2023 kicked off the week long "2023 Summer Steam Extravaganza." This week long trip would cover multiple steam railroad operations and some freight operations in the Pennsylvania and Delaware area. On this first day (Thursday) kicked off the trip with a chase of the Reading and Northern WCGS train, from West Cressona yard to Koppy's Propane in Goodspring. Arriving in West Cressona we find train PNMV, Port Clinton to Minersville, working the WC yard. Right after we catch them switching its off to chase the WCGS to Koppy's. Overall it was by far my favorite train chase of the year so far. Stick around to see the plentiful action!
