Thank you and what good timing. I just got my mri back that I have Cervical degenerative disc disease yesterday. I was telling my chiropractor today that I believe these videos have been what’s keeping the strength in my shoulders, neck and arms, since it’s apparently been happening for a while. I’m gonna keep going and when I start physical therapy I’ll show them that I use these videos regularly. ❤❤❤thank you for making them.

I have this disease as well, horrible horrible pain to go through. If the pain becomes unbearable to where working out becomes difficult, try nerve ablation; this helps me alot.

My thoughts and prayers for you. I had a spinal fusion of the entire lumbar spine and S1 in 2020. so I am very limited, neuropathy and lots of back pain. But I do what I can with Annie, grateful for her!

Oh man! such an insane workout. I did not take it seriously. Light weight and short time. But I had to pause for a few times because I was not able to catch the pace. I think, it was the hardest arm workout ever😄
