Up to you! If you’re able to reuse those colors for another job and want to pass those savings onto your customer, you can. But if you had to get the color for a specific client or job, I might consider it material cost for that job. Hope that helps! XOXO, Rach

I’m planning on doing a 23 feet garland, So how many balloons do you think i need? i Already have 100 in my main color (black) and 30 in my accent color (silver) and 10 clear foil ones. So do you think that would be enough?

Hey Ahmed. I know this is a little late, but a typical 15 ft garland for me is about 200 balloons. I would buy at least 400 balloons for a 23 ft garland.
