As part of my blog on dancing for my broadcasting class, I stumbled across these videos. I am a "House Head" Old school and new...and I wanted to showcase the fluidity and awesomeness of this dance style being as I titled my blog "The Ultimate Weapon of Fitness" and because I have a spiritual connection and release when I dance this way. I am mostly shocked that up until now that I was unaware that there was even a competition of this magnitude. I salute all the soldiers that came forth. Thanks!

When Kapela dances I can feel the brother, When ejoe is dancing I just don't feel any of his movements. We all know dancing is a feeling - it all boils down to what you feel right? Lol this battle wasent even close kap 1 good move the flip other than that its a wrap. Ejoe hands down movements like liquid hes on beat his rhythm is impeccable body language and Kraft for the art of dancing is on point. Kap in my opinion needs work hes a bit sloppy of beat foot work needs improvement. Im sure kap is a hell of a guy but Ejoe clearly took this in round 1 he didn't really have to do anything else after that. Good day people and God bless!

im sorry, but when you dance, you need to go through all emotions, i'd rather overkill on trying to touch the music, than to slow down, and be overly smooth and waaay too deep, musicality isn't all about extremem cleanliness, Kapela was clean and fast, he's most definately not sloppy, he was letting himself dance, look how linear E-joe is, he's a beautiful dancer, and did well here, but kapela had that fiya, and he battled and went after E-joe, E-joe just showed up clean deep housing, i watched over and over again, to see what everyones means, Ejoe is a pioneer but the reality of life is now, and in this battle Kapela brought the fire for him, and more than anything you have to admit, Kapela battled and went after Ejoe

"he was awkward, no fluidity to his dance" Son he grab old boy steps and added to them. Notice every step old boy did after he finished. Kapela used the same moves and added to them.
