Besides all of the accolades for being a great family, having amazing children, and having a truly entertaining KZbin channel, I also want to say thank you for not turning Comments off. I'm finding more and more channels with comments turned off. While this does foil the haters and trolls, it also prevents a majority of wonderful, decent people from expressing their appreciations and admirations for a channel they subscribe to. I hope The Crosbys will always be accessible.

Hey, I know I said I usually don’t comment, but you guys have spoiled me and changed my philosophy on dumb comments! I will try to keep mine out of the dumb category!! I wanted to thank you for the free month on SkillsSet!! I signed up for the year. Just retired after 35 years of teaching and need to continue to learn!! You are such an inspiration and I adore your family. Dave, I have told you how proud I am of the example you set for your family through your Christian example. First I would like to just say how cute the girls dance routines or how adorable their whole persona was about dancing and being out there with their friends and afterwards. I loved June‘s attitude about the flowers: “too big! Two big daddy “when I gave my daughter flowers at her 14 year old musical recital and I bought her a half a dozen fire and ice Roses w/ extra flowers (ie: Purple Dutch Iris another of her favorite, babies breath etc.)… and presented her with a big bouquet she smelled them and quietly said to me, “Mommy, you’re embarrassing me! Look around other kids have no flowers! You could’ve given 10 children part of these flowers and I would’ve been happy with just1 Rose” 😂😊 Out of the mouths of babes… June was exactly right dad. I’m like you I love those flowers and they were so gorgeous and you were so kind to get them for her. But as parents we have to stop and scrunch down to their height & Step into their shoes for just a minute, .. and think how they’re going to think and feel. Here I thought I was doing a great thing and my daughter made me think about not only how she would feel but also the other children. And as I looked around the room I could see through the eyes of the other children. I never made that mistake again. If I wanted to make a grand gesture I did it privately! I love your family I love your KZbin and I watch it all the time. I’m so proud of how hard you work to allow your children to evolve into their own individuals and give them opportunities to learn and grow and mature into their each unique individual persons. I loved that you were making shakes or mulch at the end of the day or maybe you called him Sundays I believe that’s what one of your children was wanting to have after the dance concert, but I noticed there were other children there and that was so special to invite extra children over. That makes it even more fun for your children as well! I grew up in a large family and my cousins and church members family and children we’re always at our house and it just was our norm to have lots of people at our birthdays and at concert event etc. it made me smile. No I just would like to add this for those who are like me thinking that if you go out to the website that was mentioned, “Skillshare quote and if you’re going to get a free month if you sign up . Please be prepared that you don’t exactly get a free month… You must give them your credit card information right off the bat because no way can you go onto the Skil saw it
