LYRICS IN DESCRIPTION
An original song about a typical English summer morning
Summer dawn
little fluffy clouds paint pictures in the sky
the silence is unbroken as the sun begins to rise
distantly a cockerill crows to testify the day
The church clock chimes at five am its the balmy end of May
We walk down to the garden so we can hear the song
of the many birds there waiting for us to come along
The leaves are moist and the spiders webs hold on to the dew
blackbirds are competing now to sing for me and you
The early lark is soaring the meadow comes to view
it`s now to catch the moment as days like these are few
Further in the distance the swirling mist subsides
dark clouds gather swiftly it`s time to go inside
