I am a dark stain Lady myself. I think they look amazing I love the wallpaper on the right. It reminds me of block print and has a nice contrast to the bottom paint.

I say yes to wallpaper. There was a time where that was a commitment due to the amount of work to put it up & take down but now it’s crazy easy, forgiving & nearly as easy to change as paint. I like it in very small rooms especially if it’s dramatic. Or as accent walls. It adds another layer of interest. But your simplistic clean but not boring look really works in that house. I’m very decisive but now I’m stressing for you b/c I don’t think we will make it any easier for you. 😂. Your finds were wonderful.

The chairs turned out so good! Your florals are always spot on! Now I want a chicken! So cute! And the pink dish set! Wow! I was able to find a nice sized soup tureen for only $5....it is so beautiful! And some crystal serving pieces which were 1/2 off. I don't usually thrift anywhere as there is not really anywhere to thrift where I live but my nail tech opened up a shop that has two thrift places in the complex so I was able to run into one. I was so excited that I bought 5 items and only paid $11.03. One of the crystal pieces is etched with flowers and is a pedestal which looks just perfect with a candle! I will be stopping there again for sure!

Yes, to the wallpaper and I would use both of them in one room and the other in the other room so they coordinate but different.

I REALLY like the dark chairs...they add so much warmth. Isnt it funny how sometimes it just takes a few tries with the same peice and then all of a sudden you just find that right solution! I like both the wallpaper samples! Just a thought. ..the one on the left is a little busier, so maybe just an accent wall. The one on the right is more subtle and maybe could work better for the entire room. Im no professional, lol, just an observation. If im wrong im sure someone will correct me! Haha. Beautiful, beautiful home!

I think the wallpaper would add a layer of depth and organic richness in your home. Your decision to have natural wood, stone, pottery, flowers and greenery is all part of the feel. The wallpaper print is a neutral tone and I believe that it will provide visual interest in a very subtle way~ I must say I am biased because I love leaves...Can't wait to see how things progress in your lovely home~

Andrea…I love the color of the little table against the wall behind your dining table. Did you paint that? If so, what kind of paint and what is the color-if you don’t mind sharing? And, mixing faux florals with live … is ingenious! Never thought of doing that! I really like wallpaper…I have some and have never gotten tired of it yet. I think you’ll like the change if you decide on it, too. Maybe, do an accent wall, then decide if you want to do the rest of your room. Cindi (from WV) ☺️

You have such a beautiful home and whatever you decide on the wallpaper will be beautiful. But since you asked,😉 I really dislike wallpaper. I'm am older and I remember all the wallpaper during the 1980s. Also during college I worked part time at a Van Luit wallpaper studio. It was not fun. My thought is, wallpaper goes in and out of style but paint is always in. It sure is easier to change and holds up with use better too. Sorry! But I truly enjoy your videos. I use them as a treat to just slow down and relax. Thank you!

I love all the changes that you made in your kitchen in this video. The chairs are exactly what they needed. As far as wallpaper goes, I’m not a big fan because one of these days the trend will change again and wallpaper is such a hassle to take off of the walls. in my opinion, your dining room does not need it. But if you did choose to go with wallpaper, I don’t think you could go wrong with either one. You are absolutely my favorite home decorator to watch. I always get excited when I see one of your videos has been posted. Just makes my day!

Love the paper you are leaning towards. It will not be too busy but rather give life to the walls as a very subtle background to anchor all of your lovely neutral things. The chairs look fantastic. Also love all that you’ve done in the garden.

Andrea, the wallpaper would be amazing in your dining room. Go for it!!! I do like the chairs a bit darker, good idea. I often use real and faux flowers and greenery together, looks like all is real, and I love the chicken tureen in your cupboard, but I think you should have gotten the duck basket too! You could try bleaching the little countertop cabinet to get the orange out!

You’re home is so pretty and your videos encouraging!! Now that my children are grown I realize how quickly the time flew when they were little. It really won’t matter in the long run if our homes are picture perfect. Did our children feel welcome. Were messes okay. I find that sometimes projects,crafts, blocks,trucks, Lego’s etc just demonstrate that happy, active children live here. It’s alright to let them enjoy their home. It won’t be long before they’re driving. ❤❤

I love the wall paper. I literally purchased wallpaper a few years back, i too was a scary cat. My partner finally said, “are you going to put this up?” Well finally summer 2022 I put it up! and I’m telling you DO IT Andrea you will love it. I really like the wallpaper, but I like color and pattern and texture. You prefer very subtle color choices and items with little or no pattern. I would suggest living with your wallpaper samples for awhile. I also like another person’s advice of just papering one wall to start with (maybe the one going into the kitchen or into the living room). As someone else commented, the chairs have looked good in every iteration. Love all of the flowers and greenery. The hen looks like she has always lived in your cabinet. She is the perfect centerpiece there. I am surprised you didn’t buy the duck basket for the cabin. He would have fit right in with all of the other ducks. I have baskets on top of my fridge (the large one holds our garden seeds), as well as a vintage iron and a bottle of wine that was my dad’s that has his last name (my maiden name) on it. I really like the table that you added to your living room that has the barley twist legs. Your yard is absolutely stunning! I have to say that I am quite jealous. Blessings!♥️

I love the chairs! Have you considered using a wall stencil instead of wallpaper? You could use the semi gloss version of your wall paint color and it would look beautiful!
