I have a question >.< how do you manage to wake up at 5 a.m and not die from lack of sleep/how many hours you need to sleep at night? bc I need to sleep at least 12 h to feel rested ;-;

tbh in this video, it just happened that I woke up at 5 am 😅 I was trying my best to get back to sleep but I just couldn’t so I decided to just get up from bed and do something ☺️ I think if you need more sleep to feel well-rested, it’s best to listen to what your body needs and what actually works best for you 🫶🏻 ✨ ( I took a nap after the end of this video 🤭)
