Hi Annette, your dining room looks great and inviting this way, so what’s for dinner? 😜 By the way, I’ve looked up that little delft’s blue pot that you showed us and you thought was a pill box. Well, I can’t be 100% sure because I couldn’t see the inside, the bottom, but I think you’re kind of right. As far as I could find out it’s probably an old mortar. It’s a pity (if I’m right) that you don’t have the pestle, but that’s probably one of the first things to break or get lost. The unique thing about it is that yours has a lid, which wasn’t very common but it’s a very lovely detail. I couldn’t find anything about the Rx sign, but I assume it was something like a company symbol. I found some pictures of almost similar objects (but they’re all slightly different) and I will send the pictures to Jeff, maybe you like them. Well, thank you again for sharing your talent and your home with all of us, it was a lovely video. 👍🏼 Lots of love from the Netherlands 🇳🇱
