Summer Dress Alterations

I have shortened the dress under the waistline because I like the pattern down the skirt. And also I have made a slit at the back. Very pleased with the outcome. And while working on this project I decided to add a lace top to complete the look.
Please note, that I am not a professional seamstress, and not presenting a masterclass on how to make alterations. As before this is my way of transforming the clothes I own by changing the length or adding some simple details.
