@SarahsFabChannel Could you please do a video on what to eat at different times throughout the month? As women our hormones obviously change all the time and I wonder if my eating patterns should adopt to that?! Like should I eat more or less carbs/fats/protein during a estrogen heavy time/pms? I know i crave everything bad at that time but maybe I should be esp. cautious cause my body will store it? Can't find any info on that so a video would be much appreciated! :-)
