My first night camping it was frigid. I wore all the clothing I could under my sleeping bag. I also had food poisoning. I moved to sleep in the car near the restroom. I bought a hat in town so I was ready for the next night. Of course it warmed up. Your situation reminded me of my experience. I wish you warmer weather!
