I did ballet from the age of 7 until 19. When my hips and bum came in from puberty, I thought it looked weird at the time. I will never forget my mom telling me that it was a good thing and that I would understand when I was older. My figure wasn't ideal for ballet, but I love and appreciate it so much now 🥰
