Summer Tips:
Fish during the cooler parts of the day: Early morning and late evening are often the best times to fish for bass during the summer. The cooler water temperatures during these times encourage more active feeding behavior, increasing your chances of catching bass. Bass will often seek out shaded areas to escape the heat and conserve energy. Target docks, trees, and other overhanging structures, as well as areas with dense floating vegetation. Fish deeper water: As the day heats up, bass may retreat to deeper, cooler water to seek refuge from the sun.
