Quick makeup hack...on Amazon the have silicone practice fingers ( usually for acrylic nails practice) I use it to put on my shimmer shadows, glitter shadows and pigments it works like a dream. I have long nail so I had to figure it out..lol they have 2 fingers for around $13 they are reusable and washable

Lol. I have a silicone brush I use that. The makeup shack sells it. Even those eyeshadow sponges works very well with it.

Your hair looks fine, although, you might find it works for you a little better if you can create some volume on the top and at your crown. It then looks more 'deliberate', if that makes sense. Great look. I was tempted with that palette but thought better of it. You've made me change my mind now! x
