I understand no kaka eggs no one wants to go eat that lol, but, 2 things helped me when doing farm fresh eggs ( i love me some pickled eggs!), adding apple cider vinegar to the boil, it helps break down the calcium, or that contraption i think its called the egginator, but you crack the eggs into it, then boil the whole thing, or even maybe nuke it in the microwave...cant remember which. 15 bean soup! its what I cook when I can't decide what beans I want. I know about food prices, i basically live off of beans and rice, but I vary the spices and veggies, i always add onions, peppers, cabbage, carrots and cauliflower, some times taters. some times I'll bake a tater and mash it down, just squish it then put pizza toppings on it as it being the "crust" my mom would buy burger one night it would be spaghetti , the left over meat sauce would become chili, the left over chili would become spanish rice. Ill make a big pan of boiled dinner, when all the meat and veggies are gone I add some meat and rice to the broth. in case anyone is wondering, if you eat enough beans and your system is used to it, your poop deck doesn't get very windy. I know this is a giant comment, but, being on social security ( I do have a work history) and only being allotted $100 a month for food, this is how I survive, I wanted to share in case any one out there was in the same boat. Another tip, meat doesn't have to be a main course, the prices being so high, IF I get any at all, I use it as a seasoning. One Stew I concocted is: dried chick peas or canned, I buy dried because they're cheaper and last longer, red lentils, and just because I like them dry large lima beans, I add the above veggies, and that steak pepper for season, the red lentils cook down to like a gravy the chick peas are for texture.

I was surprised to see you purchasing eggs at the store. But, you are correct! Fresh eggs don’t peel very easily. Are your eggs 🥚 are literally farm fresh! 🐓🥚 I hope business picks up this week. 🤞🏻

Plus had to get the before the opossum 🫣 He’s been away the past couple nights! 🤣I’m usually left with empty crushed eggs. I just imagine him popping them open like a beer can and crushing them when he’s done 🤣🤣🤣

I told the lady at the grocery store today that Odie and the cats need to get jobs to support themselves lol I literally spent over 100 in food litter and treats for them treats will be getting cut back everything costs too much
