I did this house as my office too! But I kept the modern black/white theme. I'd love to see you utilize the baseboards and crown molding in a house! Especially a really nice contemporary (neither modern nor rustic; just a nice average house) design. I haven't unlocked the job for the house I want to do this with, yet

Only one issue, with regards to the tree being proper supports. Architecturally it is up to spec, as architecture is just the visual design of a building. Structural engineering is the field that would design the framing, connections, and perform the inspections to make sure it’s up to code (and in general a safe design). Being a structural engineer, I gotta defend my field.

😂 “We have trees growing through the house!” 😂 You have never watched Treehouse Masters on Animal Planet? I think you’d enjoy it. For large, as in not a kids clubhouse, structures, multiple trees are good for support. Minimum Viable Product…..the office you sold had no refrigerator for cold food storage.

I love house flipper but I feel like the buyers really take away from the game. Their AI is very bad and they really take away from the creative freedom of decorating the houses. Hopefully that gets fixed in HF 2!
