Hi, Ana Sofia. Aaah, Roma ! Definitely one of the most beautiful voyages I've done in my life. I've been there once at 17, once again 10 years later at 27, both time with a childhood friend of mine, who happened to go work there for half a year when we were 26-27, so he basically was my tour gide the second time around ^^. Piazza di Spagna is indeed wonderful, and indeed you're gonna quickly feel like a raisin sec on it in the August sun. But goddamn, the pizzas romanas were unforgettable ! Also, I'm a new fan who just recently got your cooking shorts in my feed, and oh boy have I been eating since ! They're a delightful addition to my daily feed and I have no idea where have you been all my life before ?(I love cooking too and very much enjoy the cooking/foodie side of youtube, albeit since I'm Taiwanese, more on the Asian cuisine side). Cooking shorts are a dime and dozens on youtube or IG, but I just love the cheekiness of yours. Sure, it doesn't hurt that you look like a hot long lost younger sibling of Alyssa Milano and Adria Arjona, with a smile so sweet it's giving me a cavity each time you smile (my dentist is gonna love you even more than I do), but adding on top of it a healthy cup of goofiness (that hoppy tiramisu short is an instant classic !), and a good bottle of family love. I feel like we only get a glimpse (albeit concentrated) of what makes you so adorkable in your shorts, and I feel like we get a better feel of the full taste in your vlogs, which makes your videos ever more delicious. From a movie perspective (I work in animation), I feel like your shorts are the trailers and your vlogs the BTS. Now, only the movie(s) are left to make ^^. I wish you all the success you deserve with your auditions, and looking forward to see what you're gonna be cooking (literally ^^) in the future.

Ti diamo la gestione sommaria della cucina interna della casetta in alto, quella con la torre. Lì avrai una dispensa e una cella di dimensioni abbastanza grandi, in base a chi mangerà dentro la casetta bisognerebbe regolare la presenza degli ingredienti, in modo da NON SPRECARE nulla, o tendente al non sprecare nulla. Gli ingredienti li abbiamo soprattutto autoprodotti, anche se si possono integrare al supermercato e simili, quindi qualche volta (saltuariamente) dovrai recarti di persona in una grangia a qualche decina di km per visionare anche ciò che lì si fa, quale potrebbe essere la scelta in quel periodo, cioè disponibilità stagionale, ecc... In realtà però dalla Grangia produttiva arriverà due volte a settimana un bel furgone con quello che serve prelevare da lì per gli alimenti della casetta che ci cucineremo. Magari fai un ordine parlando con qualcuno che è nella grangia a lavorare, che ti consiglia anche quello che c'è di meglio. La cucina che hai appreso con tecniche e altro è oro, ma la dovrai adattare al tipo di cucina locale, prima di fare contaminazioni soprattutto di tecniche e sapori con le altre che già sai fare molto bene. Niente di che, ti consiglio però di capire, nei primi tempi, come fare ad usare bene gli ingredienti e calcolare la necessità di ciò che serve di volta in volta, poi correggi piano piano. Comunque la cella ti terrà gli ingredienti freschissimi per molti giorni, quindi al limite rallenti con la fornitura di altri freschi, cose simili. È comunque praticamente obbligatorio formarsi bene in cucina, quindi se ti aiutiamo, tu intanto insegni a tante come fare bene le cose, perché se ti va di non fare questa attività, ti dovrai anche preoccupare che qualcuno faccia le cose per bene, anche senza la tua supervisione. Magari avrai da fare per i primi tempi, ma credo che poi si procederà tranquillamente. Magari si cucina tutto in una volta per qualche giorno, in tanti e poi si fa altro, oppure non si cucina e si esce, oppure... Ecc...vedi, va calcolato per bene prima tutto, magari su una bella lavagnetta, considerando il giorno stesso o più giorni, poi ci si adegua tranquillamente, ma per davvero, perché è praticamente l' unica attività che facciamo per tenerci svegli e per andare sempre un po' in giro in maniera normale e sana. Il resto vedrai che è molto, infinitamente meglio, specie se hai una testa che ti può ben portare via, per strade belle e intelligenti. Altre casette ci sono, ma quella con la cucina interna va messa apposto prima delle altre, che essendo meno complicate, copiano magari lo schema, più semplificato perché serviranno magari per colazioni o poco altro, avendo le altre vicino una cucina. A me sembra sia tutto molto fattibile e se ti prendi un po' il compito di gestire queste cose per capire inizialmente come farle girare bene, poi questo tuo modo di fare resterà alle altre e a me, con soddisfazione perché fatto da una in gamba, che sa cucinare bene. A presto, a letto presto la sera. Ahahahah
