Everything in Japan is just so beautiful! Can't wait to visit one of these days too, I enjoyed watching your vlog! Awesome that you're connecting with your roots! I visited my family in Naruto city in my early twenties every year for お正月(expensive af but made it happen from Oregon). Never imagined living here but.... my girlfriend moved back so here I am in Tokyo lol RIP. We're surfing in onjuku this week though, have a killer rest of the trip! Next trip suggestion.... Oregon!

You should down towards my area, Izu. South to Shimoda are white sand beaches and surfing. Just look up some videos for Shimoda and you’ll see. I made a few but those were made in the winter so not so colorful.

Many airlines allow you to take your snowboard with you at no additional cost, maybe it‘s the same for surfboards?
