This might sound silly, but rewatching this vlog makes me feel better about life and gives me hope. I've been struggling through a period of major depression, and seeing how inspiring you are to others with your anxiety story empowers me to possibly help people in the future who are dealing with my disorder and gives me hope that one day I will be ok!

I met Zoe almost exactly a year ago, september 22nd, when she went to Brighton beach with Alfie. You could tell that she was feeling anxious, but she was so lovely still, watching her here, i felt a kind of proudness, because her confidence has blossomed so much and its just so nice to see :)

I think what's really sweet about the end of the vlog is seeing just how much they're there for each other. Alfie being there for Louise and Zoe being there for the viewers...that's what's so great about the youtube community. I love it.
