Only a year late 😂 I wasn’t watching you last year :( I got into lunches during my 7th grade year now I’m in 8th grade. Times flying by sooo fast! The lunches looked delicious 😋 for the hubby when you pack microwave dinners for his lunch have you tried the lean quizine (it is a healthier microwave dinner like you guys already get) from Walmart? It is delicious they had pizza and cheeseburgers and many other things like that! There really good I think he would like them! Lucy loves the veggies! I wish I ate veggies like that when I was her age! Your salad looked delicious I’m going to make one right now for my lunch!

I’m vegetarian and thought I could give you some suggestions for your daughter. Barilla sells protein noodles. They have 17g of protein for 1/4 cup (I think) they are also packed with omega’s. They are peanut and tree nut free so Nate can eat them if he pleases. Another thing I like is naked green machine. It’s high in iron which is hard to get if you don’t eat meat. It taste like pineapple juice to me some of my friend say it taste like apple juice. It’s a little high in sugar but it the price I pay for iron. Black beans are also another favorite of mine. They are high in iron and protein. I put them in quesadillas, soups, rice etc. I also would like to suggest the brand Amy’s they like to call themselves healthy convenience foods. I belabor all of their products are either vegetarian or vegan. I would suggest the chili Mac (vegetarian), Mexican casserole (vegetarian), and any of the canned soups. Seriously these food have been a life saver for me. It took me almost 10 years to discover them all but they are really good alternatives. Also see if she likes TVP (textured veggie protein) it resembles ground beef. It should be with the rice in your grocery store. I would suggest kodiak cakes too but you once mentioned she didn’t like them. But maybe try the microwave muffins and oats. And lastly whey protein can be added to just about everything so long as it’s unflavored I stick to vanilla ice cream flavored and just add it to oats and pancakes. I hope this helps.

Omg!! I love you ❤️ just found your channel and I know what I’m binge watching tonight My son has autism too he’s 7 he regressed at age 1 1/2 and became completely non verbal within weeks and now he never stops talking lol he’s in a private school we have in my town that specializes in autism and has only autistic kids in the school we love love love it (The Vine School) && can completely relate on the food my son is super picky but so much better than when we started in the beginning he would literally make his self throw up if it looks different to him 🙄😂 Anyways love you can’t wait to watch more

Fiber one makes a chocolate dipped coconut almond bar (from the protein line), easily one of the best bars I have ever eaten. They taste like an almond joy bar, I think I have seen you use that flavor of creamer in your coffee, if so I think you would love these bars. I have found them at all the supermarkets.

It varies depending on the church. David does a little of everything. He does all the music, media, graphics, electronic stuff, etc.; is the Youth Pastor, runs the Children's Ministry, and even preaches when asked. He is basically the Lead Pastor's right hand. :) He LOVES it. :)
