To get spf 50 protection you should put 2 mg per square cm of cream, which is approximately a tbs only for the face. When it comes to spf, if you really want to get sun protection, you can't rely only on makeup products.

Not really though. I dont have much problem with my skin. My skin didnt break out. In my bad days just have few acne and later it will gone without doing anything. Not saying I have perfect skin though. But I'm still insecure AF. I dont like dark skin under my eyes, i dont like my nose, I think I'm too fat. Ect. Humans always feel insecure about themself.

The recommended amount of sunscreen to protect the entire face and neck is between 1/3 to 1/2 of a teaspoon of product. This is because when sunscreens are tested in laboratories to make sure they are offering the right amount of SPF, they always use the same amount. Approximately this amount is 1/3 to 1/2 of a teaspoon for the face, or approximately the volume of an entire regular shot glass for the whole body. This can vary depending on size ofc which is why it's an approximate measurement rather than an exact measurement.

Eman definitely not. she used barely any product, which is totally fine, but there's also barely any sunscreen in it. it's always best to use a sunscreen under makeup regardless of how much foundation etc you use just to make sure you're being protected
