Also, are you using a blue filter? The color reminds me of f.lux. If so, that's brilliant! I think a lot of viewers watch ASMR before going to bed, and if they don't have any kind of blue filter of their own, having it built in to your video should really help them out.

Thanks, I needed this training. During the pole vault I did two consecutive flips in mid air which was incredible but I landed awkwardly. I was told by the judges I shouldn't do flips. I'm not even sure how I was allowed in the olympics because I just went to watch.
