Frankenstein's a great story! I'd definitely recommend it. not exactly a happy story, but the horror was much lighter than i had anticipated and really leaned more mystery and thriller.

Just finished it last week (have a video coming out about it in a week or so) and I loved it. Yes I totally agree it was light on horror and leaned more into the suspense aspects

I read Dracula as a scary story and actually enjoyed it, so there’s that. I can’t wait to see your thoughts on Frankenstein cause I want to read that as well. I read the other book by Melissa and Margaret (the Secret Princess) and had an extreme love hate relationship with it. I loved the whole book (though I was confused by their ages in the beginning, thinking they were in middle school when they were of high school age). I loved the sweet romance (though I thought there could have been more). But in the end, there was the end, which felt very cheap to me and I hated it. So maybe they just aren’t the best co-authors, lol.

Ooh yes! I remember you showed me your reading journal page for Dracula! Yess can’t wait to share the Frankenstein thoughts (spoiler it was amazing) I actually have the other book on hold from my library rn for another video 😂 Yeah that all makes sense. I agree their endings are weird .

Yea I was very thrown off by his hair color 😂😂 Amy is literally so unimportant in my brain so I didn’t care much either
