Why use spacers with the aftermarket wheels? Just spec them correctly in the first place.

The wheels come TUV certified and without spacers it looks amazing already. It does not need it. I am just experimenting. 🙌😃

I keep thinking about this same thing. I dont get spacers. just entering this wheel space and learning but why not just get the offset on the wheel to avoid the spacers?

@@mikemellon80 the wheels are great fitment without spacers already. I was curious to see if I can run more aggressive. This summer, I won't be running spacers. Removing it this weekend most likely.

What’s the name of the summer rims? Also what setup were you running for winter tires and rims? Looking to buy a setup for this winter and not sure if I should just put Michelins on the stock rims or buy a separate set

My suggestion would be to get winter tires for the stock wheels and get dedicated summer wheels and tires. My summer setup is LT3 from Edelweiss wheels. instagram.com/edelweiss_wheels 9.5 kg l 10.5x20 with 285/30 R20 10.3 kg l 11x21 with 305/25 R21

How are the new brake pads long term? You never made the update video. How's the brake dust?

I will do a video on this soon. 🙌😃 The EBC reds reduce dust significantly by very the stock pads. But there is still dust when driven hard. I believe there are pads that eliminate dust even more and I will have to try those. EBC reds are a good compromise of reduced dust and braking power. It’s not a setup I would go on track with. But for the streets and back road cruising, it’s just right. I don’t have to wipe down the wheels after every drive as I had to with the stock pads 😂

When you install 3mm and 5mm spacers do you keep the stock bolts?

I kept the stock bolts. Anything more than 5mm I would use longer bolts 😃🙌
