I found that I need to lower my carbs. I was eating too many bananas Now I’m back to losing weight. I also struggled with having our in person meetings stopping. So I looked elsewhere and found that KZbin had the answer. First I found Suzy and she led me to your channel then I found Kim, and Joan. Now between my weekly meetings and all of you I have a really good community to help me in my health journey. Thank you for taking the time to share with us and give us the encouragement we need. ❤

Hey Dee I’m in . I actually rejoined weight watchers last Saturday which I thought I never do again and well here I am. Down 2lbs my first week I will take it as was sick most of last week. I plan on tracking at least 6 days a week. Walking will be my main focus of activity. Let’s do this !!!

Love it! I am down 20 pounds since April 8th! I went to see the sunrise with our daughter (15th birthday) and shopping! I feel like I am living in the present and enjoying special moments and milestones I was too tired to before. I enjoy your posts/videos!! 🥰

That morning mile is awesome :) I walk for 20 minutes.... it's a little over a mile. Small enough to be able to fit it in my day but long enough to improve fitness :) And glad your calories are a little higher now. Good for you. The weight loss or maintenance this way is slow but sustainable as we are building great habits to enjoy life! I would LOVE more lives! Thank you!

I am in and focusing on the honest tracking. I track but sometimes I just sort of quick add and am not accurate. I am glad you mentioned about seeing your doctor. Just had my checkup last week and weight was good but cholesterol a little high.
