So I’ve never shopped at Santee ally because I know that Skid Row isn’t too far from there. I’ve heard that the area around the ally’s are bad with homeless and it’s really dirty. Is that true??

I didn’t see any danger or felt in danger ? But that’s up to your discretion. There was no homeless people inside any of the shopping areas I was in once I was in the alley. But they do surround the city. I also went on a weekday during the day in the morning around 11am
