I'm from Delaware recently moved to North Wilmington, finding a few fish here and there but finding it hard to find water I'm allowed to fish from the shore? I'm from Kent county where there's places to fish all over.... Not trying to blow your spot or nothing. But would you be comfortable saying what town or river/ creek your in.... I don't have any way to kayak or boat.... But a lead on which body to find shore access would be great help.... North new Castle county really is dry on water access....
