Hi Barbara, your videos have helped rekindle the mindfulness flame in me and I thank you for that! You seem very genuine and like you really want to help people. Good for you hiking Mount Si - that is impressive! I hike a lot but almost 10 miles and over 3,000 ft elevation gain is huge - I’ll bet you slept good that night!
