When we meditated for the first time in our life we could feel the energy going through all around us and we used it to heal our spirits. It cannot be described with simple words. It was magic. Like powerfull energy going from my hands into my friend heart. I have a crazy solstice suggestion --- have you two ever talked about doing an experiment of seth doing the meditation / intro and Jenny doing the filling sounds?? thinking about fem / masc flips and energy rebalances! A bit like putting your legs up the wall for blood re-circulation! 😍 Blessings Xx
