Summer Synergy 2024 - Aikido Canada.

Summer Synergy is an annual charity event sponsored by Aikido Canada and the Chudokan Aikido International Dojo in Windsor Ontario. This is the 16th year in a row for this annual event - the proceeds are used to support underprivileged children with an interest in martial arts. Their training fees are completely covered by the monies raised at the event!
On this video Master Harden - an 8th Degree Black Belt in taekwondo and a 6th Degree Black Belt in Kick Boxing, teaches aikidoist’s about kicking and striking. The analogy of base foundation striking skills is emphasized and then blended with aikido principles.
