When I had my boys (many moons ago) I cut up a cloth diaper into little squares and would put a little square over his goodies when I changed diaper, saved on the pee shower, then just throw it in the wash with other soiled laundry. It's such a pleasure watching you and Dylan as new parents.

We have used the owlet since day 1 with our 4 week old and we love it! It was finicky at first, but I think we just needed to learn how to put it on properly. Haven’t had any issues since! We love the sleep tracking and it gives me peace of mind. So worth it! Pro tip: if you need to walk out of range from the base while he’s wearing it there’s an option to turn it off temporarily in the app otherwise it alarms like crazy and it’s loud!

I love the owlet! I also was nervous moving to the crib overnight. I waited until six months haha! But the owlet I’ve been using with her since basically since day one, she is now 13 months and we still use it every night! Gives me peace of mind. ( easy to use) 😊

I hated the owlet - if you have the Nanit get the breathable belly band (most come with it), it monitors the baby’s breaths and alerts you if there’s an issue, I liked it way more than the owlet
